Rules/Requirements for Participation
- Please call Woolaroc (with at minimum one week notice) and request to speak with the Event Coordinator to let us know when your group plans to come to the property. 918-336-0307 Ext. 116
- Please find the included activities and select at least one for your den. Please do your best to complete your desired activity and then visit the Woolaroc Gift Shop located in the Museum to purchase your patch. Price of Woolaroc patch = $2.00 + tax.
- Proper Uniform:
- Class A uniform is strongly preferred (Class B is acceptable if weather conditions are extreme due to hot weather)
- Conduct:
- Motto: “Be respectful, be responsible, and represent Scouting proudly!”
- Please be mindful of our other visitors while enjoying our property.
- Scout to Adult Leader ratio:
- 2 adults minimum + enough adults for safety based on group size (commonly 1 adult for every 4-6 Cub Scouts).
- Group Pricing (must call Event Coordinator for group pricing):
- Children 12 & under—Free
- Ages 13 & up – $17
- Non Group Pricing
- Children 12 & under—Free
- Ages 13 & up – $19
