We have many unique facilities available for rent that can meet the needs of almost any event. Allow us to host your wedding, anniversary, corporate event, birthday party, or any other special occasion you may be planning. While you may have several choices of where to have your event, we offer you venues like none other. Rustic Weddings at Woolaroc Ranch
The beautiful and historic grounds and buildings at Woolaroc are the perfect backdrops for your rustic wedding. From the lush green foliage in late spring and summer, to the stunning red and yellow hues in the autumn, the beautiful grounds around the Museum and at Clyde Lake make the perfect natural backdrop. The architecture of our ranch buildings is a perfect match for any rustic or western themed events. Whether you want to surround your guests with the beauty of nature, or timeless art and artifacts, Woolaroc is the perfect place to make your wedding the magical day you’ve always dreamed of.
Museum $7,500
A perfect location for the ultimate business event or wedding can be found within the magical walls of the Museum. Surround your guests with world-class art and artifacts, and experience an event you will never forget. Rental includes use of the venue from 5 pm – 9:30 pm.
Welcome Center $5,000
The newly renovated welcome center creates an awe-inspiring indoor location for your next big event. The building features brand new amenities, rustic furniture, and a breathtaking stained glass mural, completely unique to Woolaroc. Rental includes use of the venue for up to 150 people from 5 pm – 10 pm.
Lodge $1,500
The historic lodge provides an enchanting atmosphere that can be rented for special private parties of up to 60 guests. Due to the fragile nature of this national treasure, events are limited to those above the age of 18. Rental includes use of the venue from 5 pm – 9 pm.
Clyde Lake $1,300/day
The historic and beautiful picnic grounds of Clyde Lake can host everything from a small event or a group of 400. The covered pavilion provides smooth-floored shelter, perfect for dancing the night away. Have your event on the sprawling picnic grounds where we still host our annual Cow Thieves and Outlaws Reunion. Rental includes use of the venue from 8:30 am – 11 pm.
Event Center $950/day
Our beautiful Events Center has a spectacular view of Clyde Lake and is a perfect location for a wedding, reception, business meeting, or special occasion. The building has restrooms, a projector and sound system, and a catering kitchen. The venue measures 55 ft. x 30 ft. and can comfortably handle a sit-down dinner for 100 people. Rental includes use of the venue from 8:30 am – 11 pm.
Ceremony on The Grounds $500
The public grounds of Woolaroc have many picturesque locations perfect for a small wedding ceremony. Imagine saying your "I do's" in front of the turquoise mosaic Museum Doors, amidst our blooming flowers and bubbling ponds, or at our Overlook Amphitheater, with a stunning view of Clyde Lake below. Includes 3 hour rental between 8:30 am – 8 pm for ceremony only. Contact us for information regarding reception venue availability.
