Recent recognitions include an\nhonorary doctorate from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco\nfor her accomplishments in the art world and the rare Medal for Lifetime\nAchievement in the Arts from the Butler Institute of American Art\, an\naward that adds her to the ranks of such distinguished awardees as Leo\nCastelli\, Louise Nevelson\, and Thomas Hoving. She is widely recognized\nas a modern-day master. \nIn 2021\, Sherrie McGraw was a featured artist in The Woolaroc Retrospective & Sale\, as well as 2025’s The Woolaroc Exhibition & Sale. \n  \n  \n
