Anton focuses on mood and passion and marshalling the virtue of landscape, figure and equine painting into one paintable subject: The American Cowboy. Born in Chicago, Anton later moved to Prescott, Arizona where he graduated from Northern Arizona University. His award winning work has been featured in magazines, national museums, and many corporate collections. Anton has won multiple awards nationwide, including several awards at the Prix de West Invitational at the National Cowboy Hall of Fame and the Masters of the American West at the Autry National Center in the last decade.
